Official Rules: Cape Home & Outdoor Show “Passport to Prizes” Giveaway

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY NO PURCHASE OR ENTREE FEE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning. This giveaway is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

2. Eligibility

• Age: Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Exclusions: Employees of the Cape Girardeau Area Chamber of Commerce, event sponsors, and participating vendors, as well as their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children), are ineligible to participate.
• Attendance: Participants do not need to be present at the time of the drawing to win.

3. How to Enter Eligible participants may enter the giveaway using one of the two following methods. Limit: One (1) entry per person. Multiple entries will result in disqualification.

• Option A (At the Event): Obtain an official "Passport" card at the Cape Home & Outdoor Show entrance or the Chamber of Commerce booth. Visit all designated sponsor booths listed on the Passport during show hours to receive an official stamp or signature.
• Option B (Alternative Method of Entry): To enter without attending the ticketed event, participants may pick up an official Passport at the Cape Girardeau Area Chamber of Commerce office 220 N. Fountain St. Cape Girardeau, MO 63701 starting February 13, 2026.  Participants must then visit the physical business location of each participating sponsor during their regular business hours to obtain the required stamps.

4. Submission & Deadline

• Event Submissions: Completed Passports must be turned in at the Chamber of Commerce booth before the official closing of the Cape Home & Outdoor Show on 6:00 pm (CST) on Saturday February 21, 2026.
• Office Submissions: Passports completed via Option B must be hand-delivered to the Chamber of Commerce office no later than 9:00 am (CST) on Tuesday February 24, 2026, to be included in the drawing.
• Requirements: All entries must be legible and include the participant’s full name, a valid phone number, and a current email address. The Chamber is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or illegible entries.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

• Selection: Winners will be selected via a random drawing from all eligible, completed Passports collected from both entry methods.
• Notification: Winners will be notified by the specific vendor or sponsor providing the prize. Notification will occur via the phone number or email provided on the Passport within 7-10 business days following the event.
• Forfeiture: If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

6. Prizes

• Prizes are provided "as-is" by individual vendors and sponsors. The Cape Girardeau Area Chamber of Commerce is not responsible for prize quality, warranties, or delivery.
• Prizes are non-transferable and no cash or prize substitutions are allowed.
• Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, if applicable.

7. General Conditions

• Agreement to Rules: By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Chamber, which are final and binding.
• Publicity Release: Except where prohibited, participation in the giveaway constitutes the winner’s consent to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes by the Chamber and participating sponsors without further payment or consideration.
• Data Privacy: By providing contact information, participants acknowledge that their data may be shared with the specific vendor providing their prize for the purpose of winner notification and prize fulfillment.
