The state logged a staggering 101,393 new business applications, marking a powerful 19.2% jump from the previous year and a massive 72.6% increase compared to pre-pandemic 2019 baselines. Far from slowing down, that momentum has continued to accelerate, with year-over-year application rates posting double-digit gains.
