The Cape Girardeau County Public Health Center would like to invite you to participate in an upcoming community health assessment meeting.

This will be our fourth meeting in the CHA process. At this meeting, we will present the results of the community survey and share key findings gathered from community members. Together, we will review the data and continue the initial identification and discussion of potential CHA priorities to help guide the next steps in the CHA process.

As the community survey remains open through September, we encourage you to share it with community members and other partner organizations. Your support in promoting the survey helps us gather diverse feedback and strengthen the CHA process. The online version of the survey can be accessed with this link: Cape Girardeau County – Community Health Assessment Survey.  Check out our Facebook page as well for posts that you can share with your contacts: https://www.facebook.com/CapeCoHealth

We are committed to making this process as convenient as possible for you and would like to invite you (or a member of your team) to attend our fourth community meeting. This meeting will be in person but will also have a virtual option to make it easier for partners to attend in a way that works with your schedule. Please indicate on the registration form if you are planning on attending in person or virtually. Meeting details can be found below:
