The Best Years Senior Active Living Expo Returns Sept. 16 The Best Years Senior Active Living Expo returns Wednesday, Sept. 16, from 8 a.m. to noon at the Drury Plaza Conference Center in Cape Girardeau. Presented by The Lutheran Home and the Southeast Missourian, this free community event connects older adults and their families with local businesses, healthcare providers and organizations offering resources for healthy, active living. Attendees can enjoy workshops, demonstrations, free health screenings, complimentary samples, interactive activities and a vendor expo throughout the morning.
