Southeast Missouri Step Up for Down Syndrome

SEMO Step Up for Down Syndrome is the largest fundraising event in Southeast Missouri for the Down Syndrome Association of Greater St. Louis, which serves over 2,200 individuals across Missouri, Southern Illinois and Southeast Missouri. Step Up for Down Syndrome (SUDS) is a day of celebration for individuals with Down syndrome and their families. A day full of food, crafts, games, music, and fun, SUDS brings families together to celebrate their loved ones. All funds raised from the event stay local to help the Down Syndrome Association of Greater St. Louis continue to provide programming, resources and more for individuals with Down syndrome and their families. SEMO Step Up for Down Syndrome's target audience is anyone! While it's the Down Syndrome Association of Greater St. Louis' largest fundraising event in Southeast Missouri, it's also its largest awareness event. We encourage families of loved ones with Down syndrome to attend, members of the community to come so they learn more about Down syndrome, organizations in the community that also serve individuals with Down syndrome, and of course, individuals with Down syndrome! Anyone and everyone is welcome to attend.
