When Pig’s Fly Indoor BBQ Bash

Witness the World’s Largest Indoor Smoker Contest and see 20 teams competing head-to-head in two categories: Pork Steaks and Ribs. Who will win? You be the judge (purchase one of the add on judging plates).

Also, watch as 4 teams of local Fire, Police, Highway Patrol and County Sheriff compete for the HEROES CUP presented by Select Physical Therapy & the Orthopedics of St. Louis! These 4 teams will have FREE samples throughout the day! One team will come out a Champion but they are all heroes in our hearts.

There will be entertainment during the day. Between sets we will have cooking classes and demonstrations going on the stage. Bring the whole family and have some fun!
