Big River Communications announced that Chris Simmons, Vice President of Operations, will be the President of its new entity, Circle Fiber. Chris has been with Big River for 20 years and has been instrumental in the growth of the company and its operations. His expertise in the industry will set the direction for Circle Fiber as it delivers the next generation gigabyte fiber network to the region. Chris is from Jackson, Missouri and a graduate of Southeast Missouri State University.
