Recent Report Ranks MRV Banks in Top 10 Percent of Banks by Asset Size
A recent report by CB Resource, Inc., a Risk Management and Planning Company, found that MRV Banks ranks in the top 10 percent of banks by peer group. The report ranked MRV Banks number 19 out of 72 banks with similar asset sizes and corporate structures.

MRV Banks President and CEO Doug Watson said, “We were very excited when we saw that MRV Banks made the top 10 percent in this report. This is useful information for us because it allows us to benchmark our bank versus other banks of similar sizes. It’s also confirmation that MRV Banks business model, and commitment to community values, is resonating with people. The CB Top 10 report analyzes community bank performance in five asset groups ($0M – $100M, $100M – $250M, $250M – $500M, $500M – $1B, and $1B – $5B) and two corporate groups, C Corp and Sub S Corp. CB Resource, Inc. has been tracking the data since 2010.  The information is compiled based on a proprietary index which includes Asset Growth, Returns on Average Assets, Return on Average Equity, OAA, Net Interest Margin, Efficiency Ratio, NPAs, Non-Interest Bearing Deposits, and Non-Interest Income.
