Development Program for Future Leaders
Leadership United is a program offered by United Way of Southeast Missouri to help future leaders understand the relationship between a strong economy and a strong community. Six monthly classes scheduled from September, 2019, through March, 2020 (no class in December) will give young professionals a greater understanding of area need and better prepare them for the role local leaders must take in strengthening the health, education, and financial stability of everyone in Southeast Missouri.

The program begins with a tour of several programs and agencies funded by United Way and includes attending a board meeting, developing your personal brand, hearing from area leaders, and developing a personal leadership style based on Don Clifton’s Strengthsfinders. Learn more and register for the program here, which is offered at no cost to participants through funding from Montgomery Bank.
