United Rentals is pleased to announce that we have acquired the assets of both Superior Speedie Portable Services, Inc. and Superior Logistics Services, Inc. (together “Superior Speedie), a leading provider of portable sanitation services, with locations in Akron and Cleveland, OH.
With this acquisition, Reliable Onsite Services now offers a fleet of over 130 restroom trailers for delivery throughout the United States, and a fleet of over 8,000 portable sanitation units covering Upstate New York and Northeast Ohio.
We see tremendous opportunity to grow in the large and fragmented onsite services market through organic growth and future acquisitions. Our goal is to be the leader in this industry within the next several years.
