Safe House for Women to Host Silver Anniversary Celebration Luncheon

The Safe House for Women will host a special Silver Anniversary Celebration Luncheon on Friday, June 9, 2017 at 11:30 a.m. at the Isle Casino Event Center, 777 Main Street, Cape Girardeau. The event will mark the Safe House’s 25 years of service to survivors of domestic violence in Southeast Missouri. The keynote address will be given by Charles A. (Drew) Juden, Director of the Missouri Department of Public Safety. At the luncheon, Distinguished Service Awards will be presented to several individuals who have significantly contributed to the work of the Safe House. Tickets for the banquet are $25.00 per person. Tickets are available at the Safe House Outreach Office, 230 North Spring Street, Cape Girardeau or by calling 573-335-7745. The Safe House for Women provides comprehensive services to individuals and families who have experienced domestic violence.
