The signs are now up, making the name change official at Terry W. Kitchen Central Junior High.  Letters spelling out the late coach’s name have been installed over the library, which is on Caruthers Street.  Kitchen’s name is also displayed over the building’s main entrance on Whitener Street.  The Cape Girardeau Public Schools Board voted unanimously in July to change the name of CJHS to memorialize the District’s beloved athletic director who served for o...
